To enroll in an Alterwood Advantage health plan, you must reside in our service area and have both Medicare Part A and Part B.
Our service area includes the following counties in Maryland: Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Caroline, Carroll, Cecil, Charles, Dorchester, Frederick, Harford, Howard, Kent, Montgomery, Prince George’s, Queen Anne’s, Somerset, Talbot, Washington, Wicomico, and Worcester.
Alterwood Advantage Select (HMO)
Enjoy a $0 monthly premium while getting extra benefits like dental, vision, hearing, fitness, and so much more!
Alterwood Advantage Choice (HMO)
An affordable all-inclusive plan offering coverage for medical, hospital, prescription drugs, and additional benefits like dental, vision, hearing, and so much more!
Alterwood Advantage Choice Plus (HMO)
Same all-inclusive coverage as Alterwood Advantage Choice, but with lower cost-shares when at your appointments. Also receive additional benefits like lifestyle medications.
Alterwood Advantage Freedom (HMO)
This plan is specifically designed to complement Medicare beneficiaries that have additional coverage, like VA benefits. This plan does not cover prescription drugs.
Alterwood Advantage Dual Secure (HMO D-SNP)
Alterwood Advantage Dual Secure is for Medicare beneficiaries that also have Medicaid. Receive the same coverage of Original Medicare, but receive additional benefits like transportation, dental, vision, and so much more at no additional cost to you!
Alterwood Advantage Dual Value (HMO D-SNP)
Alterwood Advantage Dual Value is for Medicare beneficiaries that also have Medicaid. Enjoy lower cost-shares and enhanced extra benefits!
